It does not contain Udad Dal Flour which makes it the only Variety without Udad Dal Flour. This Papad has got a balanced Amount of Black pepper which makes this Variety medium spicy.

Moong  Udad Sada Papad à Bobby
Availiable in 3 differnt sizes ( 7", 9" and 11" in diameter).

This is Sada or plain papad and can be roasted or fried. Since this Papad is Plain and contains least amount of spices it is also thin.... i.e. one Kg of papad contains around 80 Papads.

Moong Udad Punjabi Papad à Rajshree

Availiable in 2 Different sizes (7” and 9” in diameter). This papad has got extra amount of Black pepper which makes this variety taste a little spicier. It is also known as Double miri moong papad Since it has got double amount ofblack pepper than Bobby Papad.

Moong Udad Tej Masala Papad à Amritshree

Availiable In only one Size (9” in Diameter).
This Papad contains the maximum Quantity of Black Pepper making it the spiciest Papad. It is also known as Triple Miri Papad as it contains 3times more quantity of Black Pepper than Rajshree Papad.
